Job summary

Wiley X, Inc. is seeking a data entry/customer service associate for our Frisco, TX store. You will support the Customer Service team, assist customers in selecting eyewear, and handle daily store operations and POS transactions.

Core hours are 8:00 am – 4:30 pm CST. On-site role with hybrid options after training; you will maintain records, process orders, and help with back-office tasks to ensure outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry accurately and maintain records.
• Assist customers with selecting eyewear and processing purchases.
• Process transactions using POS systems and handle warranties/returns.
• Open and close store following procedures; ensure cash handling accuracy.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and in person; resolve issues.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill customer requests.
