Responsibilities

• Process orders efficiently received through various channels.
• Review paperwork associated with orders for accuracy and completeness; follow up on discrepancies.
• Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and inventory awareness for cold storage.
• Manage high volumes of emails and phone calls professionally and promptly.
• Follow up with internal and external customers in a timely manner.
• Audit system or reports to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
• Work effectively as part of a team and independently when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Process Orders:
  • Efficiently process customer orders received through various channels.
• Accuracy Review:
  • Review paperwork associated with orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Follow up promptly on any discrepancies or missing information.
• Warehouse Collaboration:
  • Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate on inventory status, product availability, and any special requirements for cold storage.
• Manage heavy email and phone call volume professionally and efficiently.
• Follow up with internal and external customers in a timely manner.
• Audit and Discrepancy Resolution:
  • Regularly audit system and/or reports to identify and address any discrepancies.
  • Take corrective actions to maintain order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Work effectively as part of a team and independently as needed.

Pay Range: $20 – $22 per hour

This pay range represents the Company’s good-faith estimate of the starting hourly compensation for this role at the time of posting. The actual rate will be determined based on a combination of factors including experience, qualifications, work location, and internal pay alignment, in accordance with applicable laws.
