Job summary

Arconic Kawneer in Springdale, AR is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our energetic team. You will handle order processing, coordinate with multiple departments, and help maintain our reputation for excellence.

Under the CSC Supervisor, you will review and enter customer purchase orders, interact with customers and Sales Representatives, and keep orders moving from estimation to manufacturing, ensuring pricing and schedule adherence.

Kawneer, a global leader in architectural aluminum systems and products, is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our energetic and innovative team! As a Customer Service Coordinator (CSC), you’ll be at the heart of our operations, handling order processing, coordinating with various departments to resolve issues, and contribute to our reputation for excellence.Under the general direction of the CSC Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to review, and enter, customer purchase orders by using proprietary software. Your role is key in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

In this role, you will:
