Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience by leading a team of Associates at the front of the store. Ensures prompt, courteous service and promotes loyalty programs. Leads by example through engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Demonstrates outstanding customer service.

  • Creates a positive experience for both internal and external customers
  • Upholds a culture of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Participates in training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles
  • Coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience and promoting loyalty programs
  • Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks for Associates
  • Addresses customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Ensures Associates complete tasks according to store plans and priorities
  • Communicates effectively with management and team members about priorities and progress
  • Provides and receives recognition and constructive feedback
  • Collaborates with management on training needs to enhance effectiveness
  • Ensures compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures
  • Promotes credit and loyalty programs
  • Supports store shrink reduction initiatives
  • Maintains a safe environment by promoting safety awareness
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Capable of multitasking effectively
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Able to adapt to changes and unexpected situations

  • Ability to train and develop others
  • Minimum of 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
