Job summary

Schneider is seeking a Logistics Traffic Coordinator in Romulus to act as a liaison between a customer’s traffic office and Schneider. The Logistics Traffic Coordinator will create, review and complete inbound and outbound shipments.

This role will be expected to build positive relationships with Schneider’s customers, associates and external vendors. The position is on-site in Romulus, MI, with a second shift from 6:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift up to 30lbs.

• Non-exempt U.S. office associates working a minimum of 4 continuous hours between the hours of 4pm – 5am local time, receive a $1.25 per hour differential for hours worked or $2.00 per hour for weekend hours (Weekend hours worked between 9pm Friday – 5am Monday).
