Micro Center is seeking self-motivated, results-oriented full-time Customer Service Contact Center Representatives to join our team at the Corporate Office in Hilliard, OH. You’ll contribute to a best-in-class customer experience as you help customers find the right technology solutions. Shift is 10:00 a.m.

About the Role

In this role, you will contribute to a best‑in‑class customer experience while helping customers find the right technology solutions for their needs. This role is based in our Corporate Office located in Hilliard, OH.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment, enjoy learning new skills, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. We’re seeking candidates who are available to work between 10:00 a.m. and midnight, with weekend availability. The starting pay for this position is $17.50 per hour.

What You’ll Do
