AccessPay is seeking a Customer Service Consultant (Near-shore) to deliver exceptional support to our salary packaging customers. You will handle general enquiries, provide timely resolutions, and build positive relationships while maintaining professional, friendly service aligned to service levels and NPS targets.

In this role you will record accurate information in SSAMS, perform admin tasks, and contribute to achieving KPIs.

Qualifications

• 12 months+ experience in a customer service role
• Experience in a contact centre or frontline service environment is preferred
• Experience with lead generation/referral or ability to demonstrate capability in lead generation
• Demonstrated accountability and follow-through to resolve customer issues

Responsabilités

• Provide timely, accurate and high-quality customer service to customers via phone and email
• Resolve general queries and account management information on services
• Create a positive relationship in all customer interactions with professionalism and friendliness
• Record accurate information in the SSAMS CRM system
• Perform administrative activities to support service delivery
• Achieve KPIs, service levels and Net Promoter Score targets
