Job summary

Caliber Collision in Lynchburg, VA is hiring a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or by phone, determine needs and respond with guidance. You will support Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking and vehicle photography, and arrange transportation for customers.

The role requires 2+ years of customer-facing experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to deliver personable, world-class service in a fast-paced environment.
