Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, faxes and emails pertaining to customer questions.
• Take pickup requests.
• Enter rate requests on behalf of customers.
• Investigate all overages, shortages and damages to determine causes.
• Reimburse customers for damage or loss of freight through claims.
• Perform other work-related duties as requested.

AAA Cooper Customer Service Clerks are a vital part of customer relations.

Requirements:

Must be able to type 50+ WMP, work flexible hours, dependable, professional customer service skills, experience with office equipment, personal computer, copier, fax, scanner, calculator and fax machine.

Position Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, faxes and emails pertaining to customer questions
• Take pickup requests
• Enter rate requests on behalf of customers
• Investigate all overages, shortages and damages to determine the cause and responsibility so that future occurrences may be prevented
• Reimburse customers for damage to or loss of freight through claim process
• Perform other work related duties as requested

Pay Range: 19.00-21.00 per_hour, General Benefits:

Job Requirements

High School education or equivalent
