Albertsons Companies is seeking a Customer Service Clerk to provide high-quality service at the store's front desk. You will operate cash registers, process payments, handle discounts, and assist customers with loyalty programs.

You will also manage money orders, lotto sales, wire transfers, returns, and gift cards while keeping the service desk tidy and stocked. The role requires reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or related roles.
• Ability to operate electronic scanning cash registers and money-counting machines.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to multi-task and keep the work area clean and organized.

Responsabilidades

• Operate electronic scanning cash registers and process payments.
• Honor discounts and coupons and assist customers with loyalty program questions or sign-ups.
• Bag items and assist customers at the front of the store.
• Operate machines for money orders, lottery, and wire transfers.
• Process customer returns and sell gift cards and lottery tickets as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Customer Service Desk and front area; replace stock in display areas.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming policy.
