Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Clerk to deliver high-quality customer service at the front desk, operate electronic scanning cash registers, receive payments, honor discounts and coupons, and assist with Loyalty Program questions or sign-ups.

You will also process money orders, lotto tickets, and wire transfers, handle returns, sell gift cards, and maintain the cleanliness of the service area while adhering to the uniform and grooming policy.

Formación

• Prior customer service experience or related experience.
• Ability to operate electronic scanning cash registers and money counting machines.
• Calmly handle stressful and complex situations.
• Strong communication and instruction-following abilities.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment while keeping the area organized.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Operate electronic scanning cash registers and process payments.
• Honor discounts and coupons and assist Loyalty Program questions.
• Sell money orders, lottery tickets, and wire transfers.
• Process returns, sell gift cards, and handle other transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Customer Service Desk and front store area.
• Replace stock in display areas and adhere to uniform and grooming policy.
