Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and maintain clean, safe work areas. You will communicate professionally with customers and team members and follow all safety rules.

Shifts are M-F 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with a pay range of $14.00-$15.00 per hour in Irving, TX. SBM offers comprehensive benefits and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3-6 months training or experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
• Perform repetitive tasks
• Maintain clean work area
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
• Take direction and respond to supervision
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
• Fill in during staff shortage
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
• Use proper personal protective equipment
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Understand customer service and satisfaction
• The ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.
