Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Texas to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned areas, performing janitorial duties and operating motorized cleaning equipment.

The role requires following safety rules, communicating professionally with supervisors and customers, and supporting the shift lead. Shifts are Monday through Friday, 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm, with pay of $14.00–$15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Education: No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or equivalent experience.
• May require a valid driver’s license and safety/task training certification.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and daily cleaning tasks.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area and report hazards.
• Follow safety rules and company procedures.
• Work as part of a team and communicate professionally with staff.
• Handle shift coverage and punch-list items.
