Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative responsible for cleaning and sanitation of assigned areas. The role includes janitorial duties, operating cleaning equipment, and maintaining a clean work environment on a Monday–Friday schedule (7:00am–3:30pm).

No specific education is required; 3–6 months training or experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and safety training may be required. Bilingual ability is a plus and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Bilingual a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
• Perform repetitive tasks.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.
• Take direction and respond to supervision.
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
• Fill in during staff shortage.
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items.
• Use proper personal protective equipment.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
• Understand reporting systems, and of the environment.
