Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and follow daily schedules while ensuring safety and professional conduct.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to protocols, and reliable communication with supervisors, co-workers, and customers. A flexible shift of 7:00am-3:30pm Mon-Wed is offered with hourly pay in the posted range.

Qualifications

• Education and/ or Experience: No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willingness to share with team.
• Knowledge of upkeep and care of cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as assigned.
• Follow daily schedule and complete tasks.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazards to supervisor and follow safety rules.
