Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Waukegan, IL. You will be the face of our service, assisting customers, inspecting equipment, and using U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory. This role includes hands-on training and on-the-job education.

Qualifications

• Comfort with using technology to manage rentals and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
