Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Customer Service & E-Commerce Team member to assist customers at the checkout, operate all cashier functions, bag groceries, and support the customer service desk. You will maintain attractive displays, follow store SOPs, and adhere to health and safety regulations while delivering courteous, friendly service.

Responsibilities include handling orders, assisting with training of new staff, and helping reduce customer wait times.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

• Checks out customer groceries efficiently and accurately.
• Upholds regulations concerning sale of alcoholic beverages and taxation.
