Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of progressively greater experience within the Bank to become familiar with the variety of customer services (cross-selling) and account options available.
• Proficient in the Teller and CSR applications.

Responsibilities

• Open new checking accounts, savings accounts, and certificates of deposit.
• Assist customers with loan consultations, completing loan applications and closing specified consumer loans.
• Handle transactions and answer questions concerning services provided by the Bank from customers and branch staff.
• Cross-sell Bank products and services to retain and enhance existing customer relationships.
• Set up wire transfers, direct deposits, perform account maintenance, and prepare letters and correspondence.
• Operate a teller window when necessary to provide service to customers.
