Job summary

The Dorne Region is seeking a full-time remote client coaching specialist in the United States. You will respond to inbound client calls and messages to clarify coverage, update information, or resolve service questions.

You will follow a guided process with mentor review, document every conversation in the system, and reach out about renewals. As you grow, you take on broader responsibilities and more complex client needs.
