Responsibilities

1. Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including greeting customers, offering assistance, and resolving issues.
2. Register sales accurately, process returns, refunds, and exchanges, and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
3. Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store maintenance.
4. Provide customer service in various areas including photo services and web order pickups.
5. Follow all company policies, including asset protection and legal compliance.
6. Participate in training and development activities, and work flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Preferably, at least six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
