• Modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registering sales on assigned cash register, providing courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.

Customer Experience

• Greeting customers and offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Sharing customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.

Operations

• Providing fast, friendly service; recommending items; handling transactions; maintaining store cleanliness and organization; implementing asset protection procedures; ensuring compliance with laws; constructing displays; assisting with stock and product placement; operating store systems and equipment; providing photo and web pick-up services; assisting with store maintenance; and completing assigned tasks.

Training & Personal Development

• Attending training sessions and completing required PPLs.

Basic Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Previous experience with Walgreens preferred.

This role is open until filled. Compensation ranges from $15 to $17.50 per hour. The position is full-time, employment type is not applicable, and the job function is classified as 'Other'.
