TE Connectivity Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to interact with customers and process transactions in a remote setting. The role involves managing orders, addressing technical inquiries, and enhancing customer relationships. We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills and more than four years of experience in a similar role.

TE Connectivity's Customer Service Teams interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. They take and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about TE’s products or services. They may promote and sell our company's products or services as well as investigate and resolve customer complaints. A key area of focus is to develop strong business relationships via TE's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.
Strengthens customer relationships by acting as a liaison between customer and any internal points of contact.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $46,800-$70,200 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
