Responsibilities
- Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Register sales on the assigned cash register, providing courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Engage customers and patients by greeting them, offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Share customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
- Provide fast, friendly service, recommend items, and handle transactions including voids, refunds, and exchanges.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise, and assist with inventory and resets.
- Implement asset protection procedures and ensure compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
- Construct and maintain displays, assist with food product placement, and stock rotation.
- Provide customer service in the photo area and handle web pick-up responsibilities.
- Assist with store maintenance and complete assigned tasks.
Training & Personal Development
- Attend training sessions and complete required PPLs.
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Prefer six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
