Responsibilities
- Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Share customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
- Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service, recommend items, and process transactions.
- Maintain store cleanliness, inventory, and merchandising standards.
- Implement asset protection procedures and ensure compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
- Construct and maintain displays, assist with stock rotation, and use store systems and equipment.
- Provide customer service in the photo area and handle web pick-up responsibilities.
- Assist with store maintenance and complete assigned tasks.
Training & Personal Development
- Attend training sessions and complete required PPLs.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Prefer six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
