1. Modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Registering sales on assigned cash registers and providing courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
4. Resolving customer issues and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
5. Recommending items for sale and managing transactions, returns, and refunds.
6. Maintaining store cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and compliance with policies.
7. Providing customer service in the photo area and handling web pick-up responsibilities.
8. Participating in training, completing required PPLs, and working flexible hours.

Qualifications include fluency in English (excluding Puerto Rico), willingness to work evenings and weekends, and preferably six months of retail experience, with prior Walgreens experience being a plus.
