Responsibilities
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Recommends items for sale, including trade-up and/or companion items.
- Processes transactions, including voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges.
- Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, takes inventory, and maintains records.
- Implements asset protection procedures and ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
- Constructs and maintains displays, assists with stock rotation, and restocking.
- Provides customer service in the photo area and assumes web pick-up responsibilities.
- Maintains store cleanliness and adheres to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Prefer six months of retail experience and prior experience with Walgreens.
Additional Information
- Position is full-time with a pay range of $15 - $17.5 per hour.
- Requires willingness to work flexible schedules.
