Responsibilities
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Recommends items for sale, including trade-up and/or companion items.
- Handles transactions, including cash collection, refunds, and exchanges.
- Keeps the store clean, well-merchandised, and organized, including inventory management.
- Implements asset protection procedures and ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
- Constructs and maintains displays, assists with stock rotation, and supports store maintenance.
- Provides customer service in the photo area and assists with web pick-up orders.
- Participates in training and personal development activities.
Qualifications
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Preferably six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
Additional Information
Salary: $16.66 - $18 per hour.
