Responsibilities
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Models and shares customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
- Provides fast, friendly service; recommends items; processes transactions; maintains store cleanliness and organization.
- Implements asset protection procedures and ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
- Constructs and maintains displays, assists with stock rotation, and uses store systems effectively.
- Provides customer service in the photo area and assists with web pick-up responsibilities.
- Maintains store appearance and complies with policies; completes assigned tasks.
Training & Personal Development
- Attends training and completes required PPLs.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Prefer six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
Additional Information
- Salary: $15 - $17.50/hour.
