Responsibilities
- Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Share customer service best practices with team members.
- Recommend items for sale and suggest trade-up or companion products.
- Process transactions, returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organize shelves, and take inventory.
- Implement asset protection procedures and ensure compliance with laws.
- Construct and maintain displays, assist with stock rotation, and restock items.
- Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photos and promotional products.
- Handle web pick-up responsibilities and assist with store maintenance.
- Adhere to company policies and foster respectful relationships.
- Complete any additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Prefer at least six months of retail experience.
- Prior experience with Walgreens is a plus.
