Responsibilities
- Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Share customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
- Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service; recommend items and process transactions, returns, and refunds.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise, and assist with inventory and displays.
- Ensure compliance with laws regarding regulated products and company policies.
- Assist with food product placement, stock rotation, and store maintenance.
- Operate store systems and equipment, and provide photo and web order services.
- Complete special assignments and maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
Training & Personal Development
- Attend training sessions and complete required PPLs.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Prefer six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
Additional Information
- Position is full-time, with hourly pay ranging from $15 to $17.50.
- Applicable for San Francisco applicants under the Fair Chance Ordinance.
