TTI Power Equipment in Anderson, SC is hiring a Customer Service Associate for 1st shift. You will handle inbound calls, verify warranty coverage, and guide customers on service options. Weekends required and on-site at our Anderson office.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year in customer service, call center, or related field with inbound calls.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle irate callers in high-stress situations.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; Access is a plus.
• Weekend work required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to consumer, service center & distributor calls about policies and procedures.
• Verify and authorize warranty coverage for all callers.
• Provide guidance on warranty and non-warranty service.
• Resolve issues for ASC or consumers while enforcing policy.
• Provide locations to purchase parts and receive repair service.
• Enter orders, provide pricing and stock status to customers.
