TTI Power Equipment in Anderson, SC is hosting an onsite job fair and hiring Bilingual Customer Service Associates for 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 9:00 am–6:00 pm). Pay starts at $17.11 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including tuition assistance, 401(k), medical/dental/vision, vacation and holidays.

You will handle inbound calls, verify warranty coverage, advise customers on warranty and service options, enter orders, and maintain accurate pricing and stock information.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Minimum one year in customer service, call center, or related field with inbound call experience.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Clear speaking voice for callers.
• Excellent phone skills and ability to handle irate customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; Access is a plus.
• Weekend work required.

Responsabilités

• Respond to consumer, service center & distributor calls regarding company policies and procedures.
• Verify and authorize warranty coverage for all callers.
• Provide guidance to callers dealing with warranty and non-warranty service.
• Resolve issues for ASC or consumers while enforcing policy.
• Provide callers with location to purchase parts & receive repair service.
• Enter orders, provide pricing and stock availability and status of orders.
• Work with internal customers on warranty claims, stock issues, lost or damaged freight.
• Other duties as assigned.
