Job summary

TTI Power Equipment in Anderson, SC is hosting an onsite job fair on Thursday, October 15th from 10am to 2pm. We are hiring Bilingual Customer Service Associates to join our Customer Engagement Department for first shift.

Interviews and offers will be made onsite. Starting pay is $17.11 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package (tuition assistance, 401(k), medical/dental/vision, vacation and holidays).

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent.
• Minimum one year in customer service, call center, or related field with inbound experience.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with callers.
• Ability to handle irate callers and high stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Respond accurately to consumer, service center & distributor calls about policies and procedures.
• Verify and authorize warranty coverage for callers.
• Provide guidance to callers on warranty and non-warranty service.
• Resolve issues for ASC or consumers while enforcing policy flexibly.
• Direct callers to locate parts and receive repair service.
• Collaborate with internal teams on warranty claims, stock issues, and freight problems.
• Enter orders, provide pricing and check stock availability for customers.
