Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II in Napoleon, OH. You will help with daily store operations, from stocking merchandise to assisting customers and supporting front-end duties as needed.

You will cross-train on cash register duties and maintain a clean, inviting shopping environment while upholding safety, integrity, and excellent customer care. This part-time role emphasizes reliable performance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock shelves as needed.
• Maintain clean, welcoming store areas including restrooms and floors.
• Provide friendly customer service and operate the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
