Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II in Fostoria, OH to support daily store operations, merchandising, and customer service. You’ll be cross-trained to run the register and assist with front-end duties as needed.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and maintain a friendly, safe shopping environment for customers and coworkers. Part-time position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or similar fields is preferred.
• Must be able to follow instructions and read operating documents.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and bending.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner in accordance with productivity standards
• Merchandising and stocking as needed
• Assisting with cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable
• Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
• Managing sales transactions while working assigned cash register
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets
• Other duties as assigned*
