Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
• High level of integrity is required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to front-end duties.
• Support cashier and front-end tasks as needed.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise, stock, and maintain clean, presentable areas.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and teammates.
• Handle sales transactions and cash register responsibilities.
• Protect company assets and maintain cash security.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
