Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Kentucky LP seeks a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers with questions, manage transactions at the cash register, and keep the store clean and well-stocked.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar settings is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and operate store documents is required.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks, stock replenish.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Keep the store clean, including restrooms, floors, and waste disposal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
