Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or related fields preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and operate a cash register.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Handle sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect assets.
• Stock shelves and recover merchandise.
• Unload deliveries and replenish stock.
• Keep store clean, safe, and presentable.
