What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Handle 40-50 inbound and outbound calls daily
  2. Assist customers with payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage information
  3. Explain Mr. Cooper customer benefits, including Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR services
  4. Provide assistance to customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment
  5. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service experiences

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  2. Call center experience is a plus
  3. Must reside within 60 miles of the office location
  4. Attendance is required for the first 90 days of training
  5. Availability to work during operational hours: Monday - Thursday 7 am – 8 pm; Friday 7 am - 7 pm; and Saturday 8 am - 12 pm
