About The Role

We are hiring a Customer Care Representative to assist customers with payment plans and debt resolution options. This remote role is ideal for individuals who are empathetic, solutions-focused, and able to communicate effectively with customers in sensitive situations. If you're bilingual in Spanish, there is a higher pay rate available.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with setting up payment plans and exploring debt reduction options
• Handle account documentation and resolve customer concerns
• Offer calm, empathetic responses to upset customers
• Maintain professionalism and represent our clients ethically
• Comply with collection laws and internal procedures
• Escalate high-priority issues to the leadership team
• Keep accurate call records and process transactions
• Stay current with system updates and compliance training
• Manage time effectively to meet call performance goals
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Ability to remain composed under pressure
• Experience in collections, call center work, or soft sales (preferred)
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85%+ accuracy

Compensation

• $15.00/hour
• $16.00/hour for bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates
