Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Washington to warmly welcome customers and help them find the right products for home projects. You will engage with shoppers throughout the day, answer questions, and ensure customer needs are met with friendly, knowledgeable assistance.

In this role you may split time across departments, stock shelves, process orders, and support team members to deliver outstanding service. The position can be part-time with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic retail tech.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones/tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• 6 months of retail or customer service experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise and replenish supplies on shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other areas to support top-tier service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint tint, pipe fittings, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
