Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Evansville, IN is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right home improvement products and services.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer for data entry and information handling.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills are required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and provide friendly service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and organizing displays.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet customer expectations.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut materials).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
