Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right home improvement products and services. You’ll engage with customers throughout the day, assist with product selection, perform light stocking, and ensure customer needs are met in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/sit for long periods to perform duties
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise and replenish shelves as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint/paint, cut/thread, etc.)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
