Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).

• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties requiring lifting up to 25 lbs (unassisted) or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty areas and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time arrival.]
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service excellence.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut and thread items).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
