Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers find the right products and services for their home improvement needs. You will welcome customers, answer questions, and provide friendly, professional service throughout the store.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (phones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and other duties as needed
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock merchandise by checking shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut pipe)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
