Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience.
• 6 months of experience with retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and select products and services.
• Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time pickup/delivery.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support exceptional service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, hardware).
• Assist customers at checkout and guide them through shopping experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
