Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find home improvement products and services. You will engage with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and ensure needs are met with attentive service.

Roles span departments such as Appliances, Hardware, Plumbing, and Electrical. The position emphasizes friendly assistance, product knowledge, and supporting store operations to enhance the customer experience.

Qualificações

• 6 Months Experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by scanning for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
