Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Fresno, CA to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement. You’ll assist with locating merchandise, answer questions, and ensure customer needs are met throughout the day.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer for input, access, modification, or output of information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties as required.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service.
• Prepare department merchandise (paint tint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
