Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer and basic data entry.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Basic arithmetic and reading/writing skills.
• Able to stand, sit, and perform job duties as required.
• Capable of lifting 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely fulfillment.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and complete duties as assigned.
