• Weigh postal packages, process various mail services and money orders.
• Process Western Union orders and send faxes for customers.
• Sell money orders, checks and other payment services.
• Assist customers at registers and in other store areas as needed.
• Answer phones and use the intercom system according to procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and report to work on time.
